Flipper / Rehab Investor

- I accept full legal and financial responsibility for ensuring all applicable tenant notification and access requirements are met prior to any field agent visit
- I accept full liability for any legal consequences, tenant disputes, or damages arising from my failure to comply with applicable landlord tenant laws in connection with any job posted through the platform
- I understand that field agent reports are for my personal informational use only and may not be represented to any tenant, lender, insurance provider, or other party as a licensed professional inspection or assessment

- I accept full and sole responsibility for clearly distinguishing BOTG documentation from any licensed inspection services my company provides
